Apply below. Once approved we send you a unique code and link, e.g.

Share the link by text, email, on your quote, or at the counter. The code is remembered for 90 days, so it still counts if they order later.
We track it through checkout
Your code is attached to the order in our system automatically. You can email us any time to confirm a referral landed.
Payout after approval
When the jurisdiction approves the permit, the referral is earned. We pay all earned referrals monthly by check or ACH.
The fine print (short version)
- Payout applies to the $999 Full Permit Service. Site Plan Only orders don't earn a referral fee (but a customer who upgrades does).
- A referral is earned when the permit reaches Approved. Refunded or abandoned files don't pay.
- If a customer arrives with two dealers' codes, the most recent code at checkout wins.
- We pay monthly for everything approved in the prior calendar month. You'll get a statement with each payment.
- Dealers may describe PermitCat to customers as an independent permit-expediting service. Please don't promise approval or timelines — we don't, and neither should you.
- Either side can end the arrangement at any time; earned referrals are still paid.
